Step by Step Instruction for Saving your list to a file:

(1) File - Save as
(2) Save in (verify the directory to save to)
(3) File name (give your list a name)
(4) Save as type: Text File (.txt) or HTML (.html to keep the column format in Excel) - Click Save
(5) Minimize or close the Mediator Webpage
(6) Open your appropriate program - MS Word or Excel
(7) File - Open
(8) Go to the Directory you saved the file in (Make sure the Files of Type is: All Files.
(9) Open the file
(10) Go to File, Save as - Verify file name
(11) Go to the Save as type: Change to the appropriate file type:
" MS Word (.rtf)
" Plain Text (.txt) or
" If you're using Excel, change to Excel (.xls)
